This set of cards provides some additional illustrations to the Harry Potter by the great illustrator Mary GrandPre. The concerning quote is written at the back of each card, A lovely reminders of these great books, and an incentive to read them again.

A bit disappointing, 4 April 2013

I love Harry Potter and I love snow globes but I found this one a bit disappointing. I thought the castle inside would have a bit more 'dimension', maybe be a very small plastic model or something, but it was rather flat. In fact, there are two small pictures, one of Harry and one of Hogwarts Castle, printed on plastic and stuck inside this oval globe (not unlike some hand wash packaging available these days).
It gets some depth because of the 'glass' but imo the pictures on the stickers have more depth. That said, for a true Harry Potter fan, it is a nice addition to the collection. It sits next to the Golden Snitch and owl Hedwig (both from similar sticker kits) on my desk and I… Read more
