I discovered this by accident while in Vienna where it was used for a dressing on a potato salad. It is impossible to describe the taste but sweet and light is the best I can do. It is supposed to be healthy but for the amount you will use it probably does not make any difference. This is obviously not intended for the UK market as all the labelling is in German and I had to use "Google Translate" to confirm that it was what was claimed by the supplier, it was. I received this book free to read and review. When I started reading this book I thought it was almost going to be the autobiography of a "Town Clerk" where there was plenty of fine descriptions and plenty of character development but very little happened. I was however very wrong and although written in a "gentle" style by the end of the book there had been, fraud a number of attempted murders and a murder not to mention a disastrous flood . When used as directed, applied morning and evening this cream provides an effective reduction of redness however I am not sure about the claim to "repair". It is easily absorbed and non-greasy, while it is claimed that there is no added perfume and this is no doubt true the cream does have a faint but not agreeable odour. It is a pale green in colour which helps to visibly reduce the redness. Also claimed are "specific UV filters" but what it actually filters and if it has a spf factor is not stated.
