Metro Revealed: Building Windows 8 Apps with Xaml &hellip by Adam Freeman
1.0 out of 5 stars Avoid at all costs!!!, 29 Jun 2013
I bought this book, and the printing is so poor. It is not the authors fault, but it is Apress's fault. For instance, the first letter of a word would be on the previous word and the remaining letters as a new word. It makes reading unbearable. This only applies to headings, but it makes you uncomfortable wanting to read it.

EDIT: Please see the customer images of the book which I have uploaded of a sample page to give an indication of how the book is uncomfortable to read.
SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16GB USB Memory - Frustratio&hellip by SanDisk
I managed to get this for a good price, and it has decent transfer speeds.

However beware that the device is extremely small. I remember having it in my bag (a bag with many pockets), and literally had to empty the entire bag to find it. I managed to find it.. eventually..
Unfortunately, I managed to lose it again a few months later.

I will still give it 4 stars given the price. The reason for short of a star is because it's so small, it can be lost easily. Others may consider this a plus.

These were basic questions that I used to ponder over as a child, and as I got older, I learnt new stuff (e.g. macroeconomics) but my questions as a child remained unanswered. That was until I finished reading this book.

Essentially, Peter Schiff tells a story, initially in it's primitive stages which gets complexed as you read… Read more
