In My Own Words:
If ever I need anything quickly, I come here first. Good ol' Amazon:)

First of all, I am a Christian. I love reading my Bible, actually, I found and downloaded a couple of really good Bibles from Amazon. Love reading. Not great on my feet due to arthritis so I definitely like yapping to folk on the computer!

This is a lovely listing of hits if you enjoy older tunes. For me, I'm taken back to the days of playing radio requests. I'm thoroughly enjoying listening to songs I haven't played in ages.

There's the choice of buying the discs, (3 of them), and getting an included free download of the .mp3's, or buying the download on its own. Naturally, I wanted the discs as backup!

This truly is a worthy addition to anyone's collection. Beautiful album - I couldn't resist it.

Those who run the school accept him for who he is, as they do, all the kids they work with.

I had no idea how challenging Autism is. I'd bought the book to see what my nephew might have gone through, along with his parents and siblings. It's an eye opener of a read. Very well written.

I've got much on my backlog of stuff to listen to, I only got to this album today. Naughty, naughty Amazon has far too much of the songs I love, and I keep buying from their stock! Ain't that what a record store is all about, even though it's an online one?

I was watching a film about Sam Cooke recently. Something I really ought not to do as it gets me thinking: "Oh, I'd LOVE to have...this and that record!" And so, this set came to light and I couldn't refuse it.

As so many black artists did, Sam was to be found singing in church. Many recordings were made of those sessions, which ended up in albums being offered. There's a whole story of Cooke's time with the… Read more
