This thing crashed since the first day I bought in January it but it was tolerable - only maybe 5 crashes a day. It's degraded steadily since and now, no matter what I do, it'll crash. SO - I'm going to try another one (with better reviews than this one) and throw this out in the trash. You'd think that if it really wasn't ready to be used, they wouldn't sell it, so this has been eye opening.
