Morphy Richards Accents 43772 Pyramid Kettle - Red by Morphy Richards
Bought as a present for my daughter together with the slow cooker and toaster. She is happy. It looks smart, has a reasonably small foot print and of course matches the other items.
Hmmm what else to say... oh yes... it boils water after all it is a kettle.

Bought as a present for my daughter together with the kettle and slow cooker. She is well pleased and says its the best cheap toaster she has ever had better than some of the (very) expensive ones too.

Like so many things these days it is festooned with controls but once set by trial and error it makes toast, that's it - it just makes toast to your liking and you never touch the controls again.

It looks smart, is easy to keep clean and so far is durable and reliable.
Buy one.

Bought as a present for my eldest daughter together with the matching kettle and toaster. I've had one for a number of years, albeit without the sear function, and it has given good service and results. If you have never used a slow cooker (slow means a number of hours cooking time) it can be a revelation it will deliver tender meat that has been thoroughly cooked in whatever homemade sauces/marinade you decide to immerse it in. For example A Kashmiri buttered chicken curry is a delight as is Hungarian pork goulash both full of flavour and, depending on how long you choose to cook it, meat of just the right texture to suit your tastes
