Exceptional quality worth the money and the wait, 2 July 2011

I own alot of versions of Lord of the Rings, but like many i held off buying the standard version Blurays and waited for this set and im very pleased i did, the picture and sound quality is amazing,and like D.smith said i swear im seeing some elements of these films for the first time???

Anyway the films are amazing to watch in this format, my DVD extended editions suffer when played on my bluray player and LED tv, the special effects and switch between location and studio lighting is very obvious on the DVD versions i own but the Bluray films are back to Cinema quality.... well actually better than Cinema if im honest.

Good old hack and slash RPG, 23 Jun 2011

Ok this has been done before, but original games on any platform are rare, and to be honest when you have been playing games for as long as me you dont always want anything more than what you like, and i like RPG's of this format, i want to hack slash and loot my way through maps and develop my character as i go, face big boss creatures, solve puzzels and save the damsel/town/treasure from the nasty beastie who is currently causing so many problems.

And thats what you get, its very pretty to look at, the game play is solid and consistent with other RPG formats and most importantly you get your money's worth in terms of game time.

Brilliant movies at a brilliant price!, 30 May 2011

2 Disney masterpieces on bluray for less than £18 ! was a deal too good to miss,the first and they fiftieth Disney feature films and i can safely say i wasn't disappointed, Both movies look and sound spectacular as you would expect for a bluray movies,Tangled i missed at the cinema but i really enjoyed the film, very funny ,amazing animation and brilliant story, very clearly Disney invested a lot of time and money to get its 50th movie just right. Snow white is the 2 disc diamond edition and comes with masses of extras so that was an even bigger bonus upon opening.

Anyway if your going to buy Tangled then buy this edition and spend a few £ more and get diamond edition snow white… Read more
