I quite like taking pictures of planes and gliders while they fly. The main problem with a complete amateur like me is that they look like tiny dots most of the time.
Having also joined a photography club, I decided to buy this camera to learn how to take good pictures and it doesn't dissapoint. Te zoom is great and the options available really do let me experiment with it. I am still deciding whether I want to try out a proper SLR camera in the future but this camera has been a good bridge for it so far.

I really like these suction mounts for cameras. I fly gliders quite a lot and it's a great way to film my experiences. The sticky mounts that the gopro comes packaged with are quite strong but they lack versatility so it makes sense to have this. It is also quite light and will come in handy if your car has dents.
Now I have a major and a minor complaint with this item. The mayor issue is it's lack of a ball bearing. There is simply no way to rotate the camera once it's on unless you remove the whole mount which can make it really fiddly to adjust.

I really like this camera. It feels solid, is easy to use and has pretty good picture quality for something that size. Just don't rely on it for good sounds.
This is the camera I use to record from the outside of planes and it works like a charm. It's small, sturdy and relatively cheap to replace so I don't have to be too concerned about it. It also doesn't automatically turn off when I pull 6Gs of force, this is information that will no doubt prove useful to many of you.
