The perfect collection of Cindy Shermans works.
Before it would have been difficult to see all of these works but now they're all present in large full page photographs with no interuption.
Sherman herself has ordered the prints the way she thinks they should be seen, and with her own introduction to her work, it's almost too good to be true... but it is.
If you love Cindy Sherman, I advise you buy it.
If you love 1950's film noire, I advise you buy it.
If you think the cover looks good, I adive you buy it.
I know you wont be disappointed.

Ok so you saw the review title coming... but give it a chance.
Which is basically my opinion of this film, give it a chance.
If it's been a tough day, or you're not feeling too great about yourself, then I advise you put this film on and become wrapped up in it*.
Assured to raise at least a smile, and hopefully recover that tingly feeling in your toes.

Every word you've heard about this film is true.
It's minimalist and epic in one breath.
3 hours where you'd rather not blink.
It's distressing, amusing, faith breaking and above all awe inspiring.
Just do one thing for me, turn the dvd off before you reach the credits, never have i ever been more appauled by a set of credits, this music and the pictures were just wrong and managed to ruin the atomsphere the film had created.
But don't let that put you off.
