1.0 out of 5 stars does not meet the description of item ordered., 24 Dec 2013
The external envelope has the printing , logo etc. of an OEM disk, but the disk inside is not an OEM disk but a disk which is usually issued by a manufacturer with a new computer, and says this on the printing on the disk. In consequence, when I used it I had the message from Microsoft that the number was not correct for the computer and all the associated hassle, which I wanted to avoid - hence the purchase of a supposed OEM disk. Since I did not use the disk until six monthe after purchase I could not use the returns procedute, so where do I stand now? As it would seem that I have been sold a fraudulent item.?

Will Amazon representative kindly respond?
