I have been involved with Crossfit since 2004. Nutrition has never been a strong point. This book appeared to hit the spot so I ordered it.
When the book arrived to say I was disappointed is an understatement.
This reads and looks like a school project. I strongly suggest you visit the "look inside" image at the top of the page. Truly a wonderful book. I trained with Terry for a week on the basis of this book.
Terry is advancing in years now but if this guy gets hold of a sword, cudgel or quarter staff you are in serious trouble. Lessons learned: The quarterstaff is the king of the battlefield - and dam good fun to use.
The only thing better than this book is to train with the man himself. Buy the book, train with Terry. - great read, great guy, you wont regret it.
