Brilliant book. It was recommended by the physiotherapist as well. Really easy to understand and to practise. Would also recommend treat your own neck.

4.0 out of 5 stars Really good workout., 18 April 2009
The game is excellent as it tailors the workout to your requirements. If you are trying to lose weight the exercises are designed to be a bit harder but if they are too hard you can tell it and it will adjust them to suit you. Also if they are too easy you can adjust it. I would think that this would suit people who are fit already and beginners. If you have certain equipment like hand weights, these can also be incorporated in the workout. Well worth it.

I have owned this product for about 10 years and it has been wonderful. It was called Megamix then and it was white plastic and not as powerful as this model. Mine finally wore out tonight so I have purchased this one with no doubts whatsoever. It turns ice cold skimmed milk into the consistency (and taste suprisingly) of double cream with no fat. It chops, blends and whips with no effort. It can even turn oil and eggs into mayonnaise which most blenders can't. A definite good buy and you will use it often. Great for dieters and cooks. (One of which I am not but still love the product).
