I'd previously owned a hand-me-down Kenwood Chef which was great (albeit very dated design). I then made the mistake of choosing style over substance with a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer. The KitchenAid felt far less sturdy. I make bread dough frequently, which definitely isn't the KitchenAid's strong point. The mixer would move around the worktop whilst kneading. After just a few months, the lower speeds were not accessible. Turning the speed control to 1 would still give speeds of say 6 or 7. 1.0 out of 5 stars Useless, 22 July 2012
Having wasted 3 hours of my life trying to get this to work I am returning it. I am technically literate, and following all the instructions carefully, every time I tried to connect I was prompted to enter my Network Pass Key. However, every time this was returned as being "incorrect". Then after spending a long time trawling online forums about this, doing a factory reset, and trying different solutions, I was met with the same result.

On a side note, the design is very poor - the plug should be at the base of the model as its current position means the unit cannot be placed into a socket by a skirting board.

2.0 out of 5 stars Tiny Cups!, 2 Aug 2005
Although described as cappuccino cups, they are more like double espresso sized cups, unless you want a tiny cappuccino. The picture makes them look larger than they are. I've just received mine and they're going straight back!
