I have tried this with cloves without and with peel
Without peel still left a lot on the inside of the press - ie the teeth bit did not working
With peel - a lot left inside some forced up the side of the plunger
So I would say its the same as most garlic presses rather than a brilliant technical breakthrough.
I have replaced grips before on my putter, and on an experimental basis on a spare club, but not with these particular grips
However with these I found it impossible to get theses grips down the shaft far enough. so in the end I had to get them regripped in the proshop.
Incidentally the grip tape were a lot less long than the grips, although that is a bit academic now.
I bought this because I am toying with getting the Best Putting mat, and it comes with this cup.
Its silicon, and the silicon is a lot thinner than I Imagined, thinner than a silicon baking tray for example.
It works by the ball bending the silicon at the front and then being caught by the silicon at the back.
If you hit the ball too hard it goes right over the cup; conversely ifs its not hard enough it will not go in - balls at the side particularly.
I would guess at about the same speed as the green.
