I was surprised to discover how very small the stone is. But in all fairness I should have paid more attention to the description "petite amethyst stone". However small the stone is, it is absolutely stunning and delicate. Very feminine and discreet. It comes with a pretty purple velvet bag and a black gift box. It's an original design and the necklace is very light. I find it a bargain at £7.99 which is unusual for semi precious stones.
I own another Pilates routine which is a lot more intense than this one. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this routine this morning as it is very soft and easy to follow. The point of this DVD is too stretch your entire body without any stress. I liked this routine as it focuses on a mat routine. I had no pain after the 60 minutes ended which is a nice change for me. I hope to become more flexible and have a better posture in the long run.
