5 out of 5: "Pancakes were delicious as was the steak and the salmon fillets! It is easy to clean--I use water and sometimes a little bit of dish soap even on the sponge, then dry and coat in oil. It is very easy to clean and the surface is naturally non-stick. No more worries about teflon which was outlawed in the US due to its toxicity. Thank you so much!"
