2 out of 5: "Had a problem with the item and emailed on day of receipt to arrange return. Fives days later still waiting for a reply!! The problem was actually to with the slow registration process on the Philips web site and now is working fine. Item delivered fast and as described but customer service is very poor. I would not use again on this basis. Not responding to communications is a BIG retailer sin!!"
