3 out of 5: "The item arrived was not the item detailed-this is not a 1100w raclette,but 850w(exactly,though strangely more expensive than the 850w Severin listed by Amazon).
The item arrived late.Good old Royal Mail who allegedly carded me and returned to sender. H M Finishings were fab. As this item was incorrect, we wanted a refund. H M Finishings were great to deal with - great service, rubbish listing. "
