This isn't customer services - you have posted your email on a PUBLIC forum, so you should click on the blue "edit" just below your post and remove the address. Be wary of any emails you get - even if they appear to come from Amazon - as they might be from fraudsters.

Looking at your post, I think you must have joined Prime on Amazon.com which is the US version (hence why you were charged US$ then that was converted to GB£). Unless you spend time in America or have friends or relatives there then you wouldn't be able to use Prime on the Amazon.com site. You'd need to cancel it.

If you can't log in to Amazon.com to cancel, then click on the "contact us" button in the "self-service" section of this page to reach UK Amazon customer services who should be able to advise you... Or you could ring them on UK Freephone No. 0800 496 1081 (free from a landline, but be aware some mobiles will charge you). Phone and 'online chat' are available 6 am - midnight daily, Don't use email as you get standard replies...
