1-Click Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see a "1-Click" button? If you don’t see a 1-Click button you can probably see a message that says "sign in to turn on 1-Click ordering" underneath the "add to basket" button. Clicking on the words "sign in" will take you to the relevant page. You'll be able to see the "Buy now with 1-Click" button once you're signed in. Back to topI'm a new customer. Can I use 1-Click?1-Click can only work after you've placed your first order with us using the Shopping Basket. The same e-mail address and password must then be used to sign in. That's because you can't place a 1-Click order if we don't already know your address and payment details. If you're not sure whether you've placed an order using the same e-mail address and password, follow the instructions in the next section. Back to top1-Click seems to be turned off for my account. How do I turn it on?To check whether 1-Click is turned on for your account:
If you've never placed an order with us, a message will be displayed telling you there are no addresses associated with your account. You can choose to add an address then switch on 1-Click, but you'll still need to give us your payment details when you place your first order. Remember that 1-Click will be enabled automatically the first time you place an order using the Shopping Basket. Back to topWill I still get an order confirmation if I'm using 1-Click?Yes you will, but not for at least 30 minutes. We'll leave 1-Click orders open for 30 minutes to allow you time to make changes to them if you want and we won't send your confirmation e-mail before then. Back to topHelp with 1-Click shopping. |
