I'm not sure that my order went through. Can I check?

You'll get an order confirmation e-mail from us when you successfully place an order. If you've any doubt about whether you've placed an order, you can also check on your orders in Your Orders.

I'm being asked to re-enter my payment card number. What's going on?

If you edit any information for your address or enter an address you've never used before, we'll ask you to enter your credit card information. We'll also ask you to re-confirm credit card details if you order a gift that's being sent to a new address.

My Gift Certificate code isn't being accepted. What's happening?

Please make sure that you're entering the code exactly as it appears on your gift certificate, and that the code hasn't expired.

I'm getting a message that my Gift Certificate has been "redeemed". What's this?

You only need to enter your code once. If you're getting an error message that says the code has already been redeemed the funds should already be listed as having been applied to your order.

Why can I only order limited numbers of certain items?

Sometimes we have to limit quantity to ensure that the majority of customers have an opportunity to order products that have very low prices or a limited supply. We may also adjust your quantity in checkout to reflect your recent purchases of a quantity-limited item.

Why won't the order progress bar let me skip steps?

When you're filling in the order form, you can see a progress bar at the top of the page. This bar indicates how close you are to the end of the process. You can't move to a different step by clicking the bar. Instead, if you want to change details added in a previous step, continue until the "Confirm" step where you'll have an opportunity to review and edit your information.

The ordering process won't take as long the next time you place an order as your address and payment details will already be in your account.
