If you have a problem with a Marketplace order, please try and contact the Seller in the first instance. The vast majority of problems are caused by miscommunication, and a quick e-mail can usually resolve things to everyone's satisfaction.

Problem With A Delivery

Sellers are responsible for communicating with you and for correcting any problems that might arise with lost deliveries, damaged items or other mishaps. The good news is, if you don't receive an item ordered on Amazon Marketplace, you may be eligible for protection under the A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee.

Item Not As Described

If, when you receive your item, it doesn't match the Seller's description (is "materially different") you must contact the seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt to request return information.

Counterfeit Goods

Counterfeit goods are not permitted to be sold on Marketplace. If you receive a Marketplace item which you believe to be counterfeit, please let us know by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the right of this page.

Amazon will thoroughly investigate every reported instance of suspected counterfeit goods being sold.
