How will I be invoiced?

Your Pro Merchant subscription fee of GBP 25.00 (VAT excl.) is assessed once every month, beginning on the date your Pro Merchant subscription begins. The subscription fee will be listed in your Seller Account payments summary and charged against any sales you have completed.

If your Seller Account balance exceeds your monthly subscription fee, the amount will be deducted from that balance. If not, the remaining difference will be deducted from your credit card.

Does VAT apply to my Pro Merchant subscription fee?

Due to a European Union directive that subjects electronically-supplied services to VAT, is required to charge VAT on all seller fees, including Pro Merchant subscription fees, charged on or after July 1, 2003. See VAT on seller fees for more information.

Please note: VAT registered sellers may be eligible to be charged VAT-exclusive seller fees. See Information for VAT Registered Sellers to find out how to qualify for this exclusion.

How do I cancel my Pro Merchant subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. In cancelling, you ensure that you will not be charged for the upcoming month. However, if possible, we would like to help you to continue selling on Marketplace.
