About Accessing Amazon Instant Video & Registering Your Device
After you download or open the Amazon Instant Video app on your compatible device, you'll need to register, or connect, the device to your Amazon account.
You can watch Amazon Instant Video titles from your computer's web browser, or an Internet-connected streaming device, including Android phones, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, iOS devices, and hundreds of TVs, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, and game consoles. To start watching videos, you'll first need to download or open the Amazon Instant Video app. You'll then be prompted to sign in to your Amazon account directly on your device, or go to www.amazon.co.uk/mytv and use a registration code.
For detailed steps about setting up the Amazon Instant Video app on your device, go to the Watch Anywhere page, select your device, and then follow the onscreen instructions, or click Begin Registration.
Tip: If you or someone in your household has an Amazon Prime membership or Prime Instant Video monthly subscription, it's best to use that account when registering your device so you can take full advantage of the Prime Instant Video service.Prime Instant Video provides unlimited streaming of thousands of movies and TV shows at no additional cost. You can view and manage your registered devices and video preferences from the Amazon Instant Video settings page. If you don't see your device under Registered Devices, make sure you're currently signed in to the same Amazon account you entered during the registration process, or try to complete registration again.
You can register your device to one Amazon account at a time. If you don't have an account, you can create one at Amazon.co.uk/account.
