Q: How does registering for FBA Export for EU change the FBA fees?

A: Currently, you incur no additional cost when your FBA products are exported within the EU.

Q: Can I define which of my FBA products can be exported to 9 EU countries?

A: No. You can only either elect to have all or your FBA products enabled for export to the 9 or 26 EU countries we've specified or to have Media products enabled for export world wide.

Q: Can I define which country/countries I want to dispatch my products to?

A: No. You can only either elect to have all or your FBA products enabled for export to the 9 EU countries or 26 EU countries we've specified, or waive participation in FBA Export for EU.

Q: What products are restricted from FBA Export for EU?

A: Please see the list of the restricted products here.

Q: If I sign up for FBA Export for EU, will my FBA products be listed for sale on other Amazon marketplaces?

A: No. Your FBA products will only be listed for sale on the Amazon marketplace for which you registered the FBA products.

Q: Is FBA Export for EU available for my Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders?

A. Yes. The FBA Export for EU option is available to sellers who use Amazon.co.uk fulfilment and Multi-Channel Fulfilment. Review the list of supported countries.

Q: What tax reporting requirements will I have if my FBA products are exported to another EU country?

A: You are solely responsible for the calculation, invoicing, reporting and payment of all duties, taxes, or other deductions, and for any Intrastat declarations of both transit and arrival of goods in intra-community supplies. Please consult your attorney or your tax advisor before you enable FBA Export for EU.

Q: Do I have to collect VAT for items exported to another EU country?

A: Yes. The price you specify for your FBA products, as displayed in the price to the customer, must include VAT for the destination country.

Q: How do I refund VAT to a customer?

A: Please contact Seller Support and tell us the amount you want to refund. It is essential that you specify the exact amount you want to refund as we are not in a position to determine the appropriate amount of VAT.

Remember: You are solely responsible for the calculation, invoicing, reporting and payment of all duties, taxes, surveys or other deductions as well as any necessary Intrastat declarations.
