Europe 1 includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland. Delivery rates are based on your country's location within Europe and not on EU Membership.

Delivery Methods

There are four different delivery methods for Europe 1: Standard and Priority Express applies to all countries but Priority Express is only available on selected items. FREE Super Saver Delivery applies to selected destinations. One-Day and Two-Day Delivery options are available to certain destinations. You'll be given the opportunity to choose a delivery method when you place your order.

VAT

VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods dispatched to destinations in the EU. The delivery rates in the links above include VAT. You'll see the VAT charged on your delivery rate on the summary page when you place your order. For more information see VAT on Goods Sold by Amazon.co.uk.

Note: under EU VAT legislation certain Books items (such as audio books) are not eligible for lower-rate VAT, and in those cases the standard VAT rate will apply.

How long will it take to arrive?

To work out how long it'll take to get your order, add the availability of the item onto the delivery time.

• Standard delivery time is 2-3 days for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, 3-4 days for France, and 3-5 days for the rest of Europe 1. So if you order an item that is in stock and you live in Germany, you should receive it 4-6 days after placing your order.
  
• Priority Express delivery time is 1-2 days for anywhere in Europe 1, if the item you ordered is in-stock.
• One-Day Delivery to Germany or the Netherlands takes one working day.

Remember to check availability carefully if you order more than one item, as you won't receive anything until all the items are available. In the case of pre-order or long availability items, it's recommended that you request separate deliveries as the items become available (at extra postage cost).

What about FREE Super Saver Delivery?

FREE Super Saver Delivery is available for eligible orders delivered to the following Europe 1 destinations: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. FREE Super Saver Delivery will take one day longer than Standard Delivery.
