Note on Payment Verification: When you enter a payment method at the time of order, the name and card number you enter should exactly match the information on the card you are using, including spaces and stops for initials. Then, when you are asked to verify the payment method used for the printable gift certificate, the name and card number must exactly match the information you entered at the time of purchase (which should also exactly match the information on the physical card). If you enter variations of the name anywhere during the process, you may encounter problems verifying your payment and printing your gift certificate. If you are uncertain about how the name appears, you can view the cardholder name as you entered it by clicking on the "manage your payment methods" in the Payment & GC section of Your Account.
You can print your gift certificate as many times as needed, but the code it contains can only be redeemed once. When the gift certificate has been redeemed to an Amazon.co.uk account, the Print gift certificate(s) button will no longer be available in the Order Summary.Back to top

Can I use my Amazon gift certificate or gift card on other websites?
Javari.co.uk has joined forces to operate an online store powered by Amazon.co.uk's e-commerce platform. The site features the full selection of shoes and accessories available at Amazon.co.uk.
For your convenience, Javari.co.uk will recognise when you have an existing account with Amazon.co.uk. You can also use Amazon gift certificates or an existing gift certificate balance for purchases on Javari.co.uk - your Amazon gift certificate balance is shared between both websites. As long as you use the same e-mail address and password to log into your accounts, you'll see the same balance available for purchases.Back to top
Can I resend a gift certificate if the recipient has lost it or if it has been sent to the wrong address?
Yes, you can resend any unredeemed gift certificates through Your Account. Find the gift certificate order in your order summary - the resend option will be available in the order details. You'll be able to send the gift certificate again to the same e-mail or postal address or enter alternatives. Once you've reviewed the details of your new gift certificate, we'll send a new claim code to the address provided. The original gift certificate claim code will be rendered invalid.
I'm having trouble using my gift certificate to place an order. What's happening?
If you have a plastic gift card and get an error message that says "We're sorry, but we didn't recognise the promotional claim code or gift certificate code you entered", please contact us.
Are you receiving an error message that says the gift certificate has already been redeemed?
Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases, and you don't need to enter the claim code again. To confirm that the funds are already on your account, check your current gift certificate balance through Your Account. If the funds don't show up there, you might have more than one Amazon.co.uk account. Please contact us.
If the above doesn't seem to be the problem, check the Terms and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and restrictions for paying with a gift certificate.
What happens to the rest of my gift certificate or gift card if I don't use it all at once?
Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases, so you don't need to enter the claim code again when you place your next order. Please be aware that the original expiration date applies to any unused funds.
When you place your next order, make sure the box on the order form that says "Use your gift and promotional balance?" is checked. If your order total is more than your gift certificate funds, you'll need to pay for the rest with a payment card.
You should see the gift certificate funds reflected in the cost summary. If the funds don't show up there and your gift certificate hasn't expired, you might have more than one Amazon.co.uk account. Please contact usBack to top
