Marketplace Delivery Times

Sellers are expected to dispatch goods directly to the customer within two working days of the order being placed.

Depending on the dispatch method selected, packages dispatched from the UK generally arrive within the following time-frames:

• UK: 1-15 days
• Europe: 3-18 days
• US and rest of world: 7-23 days

If you don't receive your package after this time, contact your seller and let them know.
Please note that for sellers, dispatching from international locations, standard transit times can vary between 3 and 23 days.

When will my order arrive?

1. Click the Your Account at the top of any page.
2. Click "Go" next to "Open and Recently Dispatched Orders" and sign in.
3. On the next page you should see details of the order you're expecting.
