Calculate Returns Costs
If you return an item to us using a pre-paid, personalised return mailing label, we'll pay the cost of return delivery if your return is due to an Amazon.co.uk error. Otherwise, we'll deduct the cost of return delivery from the amount of your refund, unless you are returning a defective item or eligible Shoes or Clothing.
Returns from a UK address
All references to the UK cover England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
To calculate the total amount that will be deducted from your refund, add the "per item" rate for each item you return to the highest "per package" rate applicable to the items in each package you send. If you return items in different packages, you'll be charged a separate "per package" rate for each package.
Values are displayed in GBP:
*If you order a combination of items, the highest "Per package" rate applies as follows:
All prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Returns from a non-UK address
If you want to return an item from an address outside the UK you should still use our Online Returns Centre to return any items purchased directly from Amazon.co.uk (or third party items that have been Fulfilled by Amazon.)
Please print the return label and include it in your return package. Please don't change the size of the return label when printing or our scanners may not be able to read it.
If you can't print the label, please include the payslip (the original or a copy) or a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, the order number, and the reason for the return. The address to where the item is to be returned will be provided.
Please use the Amazon.co.uk cardboard box and the manufacturer's original packaging to return the item. If you don't have the Amazon.co.uk cardboard box, please include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number in the sender field on the package.
