The Manage Orders tool provides a
customisable view of all your orders on all sales channels (for example,
seller fulfilled or Amazon fulfilled). You can view all orders within a
given date range or use Search and Advanced Search to filter on
specific types of orders.
- You must confirm dispatch of the order with Amazon
within 30 days from the time the order was placed. Otherwise, Amazon
will automatically cancel the order. We will notify you by -mail if you
fail to send us a timely dispatch confirmation.
- You must dispatch the order within the time period
specified as the "Handling time (in days)" for your product. You can
specify this when you first create the product listing. You can also
edit it after you add it to your inventory.
- When you confirm dispatch for even one item in an
order, the buyer is charged for the entire order. If the entire order is
not confirmed, you will see the "Shipment is late" status in Manage
Orders and a warning message on your seller account home page. These
will appear even if you have refunded the remaining items in the order.
The Order list shows up to 25
orders per page by default. From this list you can access the details
necessary to fulfill the order. If you would rather download a report
with this type of information, learn about Order
Note: If you sell on more than one
Amazon Europe marketplace (e.g. Amazon.de as well as Amazon.co.uk),
your orders for all of these marketplaces will appear in the Order list.

Search and Filtering Options
By default, the orders list displays all orders placed in the past 7 days, including cancelled orders. Cancelled orders are displayed in lighter text. You can sort by "Status" to find them more easily.
Click the "Total Unshipped: x orders" link on the right-hand side of the page to view all of your orders that have not been confirmed as dispatched. This displays all unshipped orders, regardless of whether the order is seller-fulfilled or Amazon-fulfilled (FBA). Alternatively, click "Seller fulfilled pending: x orders" to view only unshipped orders that you will need to fulfil.
See Search Orders to learn how to use both Search and Advanced Search.
To view the Order Details page for a specific order, click the
Order ID link in the Order ID/Product Details column. From the Order
