How to use the card

You can use your new Amazon.co.uk MasterCard on Amazon.co.uk as soon as you are approved. We'll add the card to your Amazon.co.uk account as a payment method and send you an e-mail message with instructions so you can start shopping right away.

While we make it possible for customers to use the Amazon.co.uk MasterCard for Amazon.co.uk purchases upon approval, you will not receive the complete card number or be able to use the card for purchases outside Amazon.co.uk until your card arrives in the post.

Getting your card

Customers typically receive their Amazon.co.uk MasterCard by post within 7-10 days after being approved. Once you receive and activate the physical card, you may begin using it anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

Activating your card

To activate your card, you simply need to log in or register to Online Card Services at www.bankofamerica.co.uk/amazon. In the 'Your Account' page, click 'Activate your card'. Please note that, to complete the activation process, you'll need your credit card at hand.

Make a Payment

Loyalty Points

For every 1,000 Loyalty Points accrued, you will be emailed a £10 Amazon.co.uk gift certificate. For information on using your Amazon.co.uk gift certificate, visit www.amazon.co.uk/gp/gc.  

Checking your points balance

You can see your Loyalty Points balance by logging into your Amazon.co.uk MasterCard online account at www.bankofamerica.co.uk/amazon. Your balance will also be visible on your Amazon.co.uk MasterCard  statement.
