Return Specific Products

Extended Christmas Returns Policy:
We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from Amazon.co.uk and dispatched during the period from November 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31, 2013. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31, 2012.

I bought something from Amazon.co.uk and it's stopped working. Can I return it?

If a product becomes defective after 30 days you won't be able to return it using our Online Returns Centre. You may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support with the issue you have with the product. Can I return some software I bought from Amazon.co.uk?

We won't accept the return of any software returned to us if it's been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in new, unopened condition.

I bought my item through Warehouse Deals. Can I return it?
