During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. The list of delivery options can vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address. If you don't see a particular delivery option, then it's not available for your order.

If you choose the "Group my items into as few deliveries as possible" option, you will be charged the amount quoted at checkout for delivery. We calculate this charge based on the highest applicable per-delivery fee of all the items in your order plus the per-item charge for each item.

The total delivery charge for the order will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

If you choose the "I want my items faster. Dispatch items as they become available" option, the delivery amount displayed when you place your order shows how much you will pay if each item dispatches separately. We try to dispatch items together as much as possible, so your actual delivery total will usually be less than the estimate.

Orders may be delivered by various carriers but it's not possible to choose which carrier will deliver your order.

Some larger items may be subject to a fixed delivery charge. Where this is the case, the fixed delivery charge will be clearly stated on the product detail page.

Delivery Options and Rates

To work out how long it'll take to get your order, add the delivery time shown in the table to the estimated dispatch date provided during checkout. For One-Day Delivery and Two-day Delivery methods, the estimated delivery date is provided to you during checkout.

Will I be charged VAT?

VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). The delivery rates listed above are inclusive of any applicable VAT. When you place your order the summary page will display the VAT charged on your delivery rate. Under EU VAT legislation certain Book items (such as audio books) aren't eligible for lower-rate VAT, and in those cases the standard VAT rate will apply. Will there be any other charges I should know about?

If your  delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges. For more information please see our Customs page.

Can I order an item from Amazon marketplace for delivery outside the UK?

I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, do I need to add my NIF / CIF number to my order?

When a delivery is made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it is important to enter your NIF / CIF number so that your order can be successfully delivered. When you enter your delivery address please add your NIF / CIF number to  "Address Line 2". If you've already included address information in this field, add a comma and then your CIF / NIF number in the following format: 12345678A.

If the address does not include the NIF / CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs, or returned as undeliverable to Amazon. Click here to add a delivery address.
