All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by either Royal Mail or one of our approved carriers. It's not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order.

How long will it take to arrive?

Estimated Delivery Dates are as follows:

Free Super Saver Delivery - 3-5 business days after dispatch

First Class Delivery - 1-2 business days after dispatch (or 2-3 days for indigostarfish.com orders)

Amazon Prime Free One-Day Delivery - 1 business day after dispatch (or 2-3 business days for indigostarfish.com orders)

Express Delivery - the next day if eligible orders are placed before the cut off time on the product detail page

Expedited Delivery - 1-3 days after dispatch

Evening Delivery - the same day if eligible orders are placed before the cut off time on the product detail page

Scheduled Delivery - You can choose the delivery date and time frame that works best for you

In some cases your order will take up to 2 additional days to deliver. This will be indicated on the detail page of the product and will be reflected in the estimated delivery date for the product at check-out.

After placing your order you can check the estimated delivery date of your order within Your Account.

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

Note: delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules.

If you order more than one item at a time, you will have the option to group the items into one delivery or have them dispatched as they become available.
