Why Didn't I Get FREE Super Saver Delivery

This page explains why you may not have qualified for FREE Super Saver Delivery. If you selected FREE Super Saver Delivery, but you were still charged for delivery, the links below will help you work out why.

Did you select FREE Super Saver Delivery?

Does your order have a minimum spend over £10?

Is your order being delivered outside the UK?

Did you select a Pickup Location as your delivery address?

Did you "Group items into as few deliveries as possible"?

Did you buy the items from a Marketplace Seller?

Did you select FREE Super Saver Delivery?

You need to select "FREE Super Saver Delivery" delivery method in the order form.

If you've already placed an order, but it hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, you can go back and change the delivery method to FREE Super Saver Delivery like this:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Click Your Orders.
  3. Click the Change Delivery Option button next to the order you want to modify. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, you won't see the button.
  4. Select "FREE Super Saver Delivery" and click the Confirm button.

Note: You can't select FREE Super Saver Delivery as the default option for 1-Click shopping but you can go back and apply FREE Super Saver Delivery to a 1-Click order if it hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, using the instructions above .

Does your order have a minimum spend over £10?

A minimum total spend of £10.00 is required to qualify for FREE Super Saver Delivery in the UK.

Is your order being delivered outside the UK?

The order must be £25.00 or above to qualify for FREE Super Saver delivery to the Republic of Ireland. If your order qualifies for FREE Super Saver Delivery, you'll still be charged a delivery fee for any ineligible items in the order.

FREE Super Saver Delivery can only be applied to orders dispatched to addresses within the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

Some items may be ineligible for FREE Super Saver Delivery due to size or weight.

Did you select a Pickup Location as your delivery address?

FREE Super Saver Delivery can only be applied to home or business addresses.

Did you "Group items into as few deliveries as possible"?

To qualify for FREE Super Saver Delivery, your delivery preference must be "Group items into as few deliveries as possible", not "Dispatch items as they become available". To check the delivery preference on an open order:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Click Your Orders.
  3. Click the Change Delivery Option button next to the order you want to modify. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, you won't see the button.
  4. Make sure "Group items into as few deliveries as possible" is selected and click the Confirm button.

Did you buy the items from a Marketplace Seller?

Items dispatched by Amazon.co.uk are eligible for FREE Super Saver Delivery. For the UK and the Republic of Ireland, this includes items that are "Fulfilled by Amazon".

All other items sold by Marketplace Sellers on Amazon Marketplace are dispatched directly by the Seller and aren't eligible for FREE Super Saver Delivery.
