Items Fulfilled by Amazon are dispatched from an Amazon Fulfilment Centre to you. All of our standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items, including FREE Super Saver Delivery on eligible items.

Fulfilled by Amazon items are sent to you via one of our carriers at whatever delivery speed you choose (FREE Super Saver Delivery, First Class, etc).

After you place an order, the dispatch date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for Fulfilled by Amazon items.

At present, orders containing "Fulfilled by Amazon" items which are sold by third party sellers can only be shipped to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This does not include Channel Island delivery addresses.

"Fulfilled by Amazon" items are generally sold by third-party sellers. However, items which are sold by Warehouse Deals are labeled "Fulfilled by Amazon" also. Warehouse Deals is a trading name for Amazon EU Sarl, and is part of the Amazon.com group.
