Return a Large Item: 30-day Returns Guarantee

Extended Christmas Returns Policy:
We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from Amazon.co.uk and dispatched during the period from November 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31, 2013. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31, 2012.

For the purposes of this returns policy, "large item" means any item that is 30 kg or heavier, e.g. a widescreen television (larger than 26"), or any large item as was delivered to you via a specialist courier. The courier would have unpacked the item on delivery and asked you to sign a delivery slip to confirm you'd received the correct item and checked for damage in transit.

The following applies should you wish to return a large item which was delivered to you by specialist courier:

If you are unhappy with your large item, you may return it to Amazon.co.uk within 30 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect Your Statutory Rights.

Defective large items

If the item is defective, please visit our Returns Support Centre. Amazon.co.uk will arrange for our specialist repair service to contact you to discuss the defect and, if necessary, arrange to assess the item in person. They will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If it cannot be repaired, we will at our discretion arrange to replace the item.
