What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save is a feature that allows you to set up automatic re-orders of products you use frequently, on a schedule convenient to you, and at a discount on Amazon.co.uk's everyday low price. All Subscribe & Save orders are delivered for free in the UK and the Republic of Ireland using standard delivery.

Where can I find a list of eligible products?

Selected items offered by Amazon.co.uk are eligible for Subscribe & Save. Items sold by third parties, or through third party areas such as Marketplace are not eligible for Subscribe & Save unless indicated otherwise. Visit our Subscribe & Save Store for a full list of eligible products. Items that are eligible can be found by clicking Browse links on the left and Featured Categories links in the centre of the page.

When you browse around the site the Subscribe & Save price will be highlighted against eligible items. You can search for eligible products in Subscribe & Save through search by adding Subscribe & Save to the end of your search term. You can also refine any search to only show items eligible for Subscribe & Save by selecting the Subscribe & Save option on the left side of the page. This option will only show if there are eligible items within your search.

I have a Corporate Account. Can I place a Subscribe & Save order with my Corporate Account?

No. At this time, Subscribe & Save orders can't be placed through Corporate Accounts. Subscribe & Save orders must be placed through your personal account.

How does subscribing save me money?

All Subscribe & Save orders come with a discount off the regular Amazon.co.uk price of the item. The discount percentage is posted on the product detail page when you sign up. Limited-time promotional discount increases may not apply; if a limited-time promotional increase is applied, it'll only be applied to items dispatched during the promotional period.

Will you increase the price of the product because I sign up to Subscribe & Save?

No. Subscribe & Save customers will be charged the Amazon.co.uk price for the product on the day each re-order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount of up to 10%. The price of the product might vary to reflect market conditions. However, Subscribe & Save customers will always benefit from the Subscribe & Save discount and therefore be charged less than a customer buying the same product on the same the day of their re-order. Confirmation of the price will be detailed in the order confirmation e-mail we send you prior to dispatch.

In addition, all Subscribe & Save orders come with free standard delivery in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Does signing up for Subscribe & Save lock in the price I will pay?

When you sign up for a Subscribe & Save subscription, that discount will be calculated off the Amazon.co.uk price for the item on the day each re-order is processed, as detailed in the order confirmation e-mail we send you prior to dispatch. Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases prior to each re-order being processed, the amount you're charged will also increase or decrease.

What if the subscription discount changes after I place my order?

If the discount percentage we're able to offer on an item eligible for Subscribe & Save goes up or down, we'll apply that new discount to existing subscriptions for that item. Limited-time promotional discount increases may not apply; if a limited-time promotional increase is applied, it'll only be applied to items dispatched during the promotional period.

If you cancel your subscription and reactivate it, your subscription discount will be the discount at the time you reactivate the subscription.

What payment methods can I use for Subscribe & Save orders?

Credit and debit cards are the only forms of payment that can be used for Subscribe & Save orders. However, to the extent applicable, we'll apply credit balances already on your account from Amazon.co.uk gift cards and eligible promotional codes before charging the remaining balance to your debit/credit card.

When do I pay for my Subscribe & Save order?

You pay for subscription items only as they are processed. For each order, we'll charge your credit/debit card for the price of the item at the time the re-order is processed (as detailed in the order confirmation e-mail), less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable tax.

What are the options for delivery schedules?

Subscription orders are available in monthly intervals from one month to six months. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we'll send out the deliveries on that schedule automatically.

Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?

As soon as you click "Sign me up," we'll begin processing your first order and we'll charge your credit/debit card for the current price of the item, less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus tax where applicable. All Subscribe & Save orders are delivered for free in the UK and the Republic of Ireland using standard delivery. The estimated delivery range for your first order is provided in the Sign Up page and can be viewed on the Where's My Stuff section of Your Account.

Why didn't I qualify for faster delivery options?

The Subscribe & Save programme offers participants great benefits like a discount of up to 10%, convenience of recurring deliveries, a no-commitment cancellation policy and free standard delivery. If you need an item faster, faster delivery options are available for eligible items, but the Subscribe & Save discount of up to 10% won't apply.

If you need an item faster, faster delivery options are available for eligible items on the product detail page if you have 1-Click ordering turned on, or at checkout, but the Subscribe & Save discount of up to 10% won't apply.

How do I update my subscription?

You may change the quantity and frequency of your subscription as well as the invoice and delivery address and payment method at any time online using your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page through Your Account. You can also change the selection of the size, colour or flavour of the order, to what is available as an option on the main detail page for that item.

You can change the day of month your subscriptions are scheduled to be delivered by clicking the "Change Delivery Day" link at the top of your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page. You can update an individual subscription's delivery frequency by clicking "Change" under the unit and frequency information e.g. "1 unit every 2 months".

You can change the invoice address, delivery address or payment method by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to each subscription on your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page. You'll need to update each subscription individually. In order for your Subscribe & Save subscription to be processed correctly your account details need to be kept up to date. If your credit/debit card has expired, please update your payment method on each subscription. If your invoice and/or delivery address has change, please update these details on each subscription.

Any updates you make will be applied to all future orders associated with each subscription.

Changes made do not apply to orders that have already entered the dispatch process. If you're unsure whether an order is in the process of being sent to you, check your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page and look for the most recent order associated with your subscription.

How will I know if the price changes?

Before we progress your order for dispatch at the selected delivery date we will send you an e-mail approximately five days in advance, which confirms the receipt of your order and lists the order details (order confirmation e-mail), as well as gives you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

How do I skip a delivery?

You can skip your next delivery by going to your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page through Your Account. Just click on "Skip next delivery" next to the item you want to skip.

What if I need an item sooner than my next scheduled delivery day?

If you need an item before your next scheduled delivery go to your Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items page through Your Account. Just click on "Extra delivery" on the item you need sooner. We'll send a delivery right away if it's available.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription any time, online, 24 hours a day using Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items through Your Account. You'll only be charged for orders that have been dispatched.

Can I subscribe to eligible products if I live outside the UK or the Republic of Ireland?

Subscribe & Save may not be available on all items to all countries. Some eligible items can't be delivered to international addresses. For more information please see our Delivery Restrictions page.
