Tips for Trying On Your Shoes

	1. Try your shoes on indoors. This will not only ensure your shoes stay clean until you know they fit, it'll also help prevent damage from occurring. Some shoes have polished leather soles, wearing these shoes on non-carpeted floors could cause scuff marks.
	2. Try your shoes in the afternoon. The best time to try on your shoes is after you return from lunch or when you come home from work so that you can be sure the shoe fits well.
	3. Put on the socks or tights you'll be wearing with your new shoes to feel how they fit together.
	4. Walk around and see how they fit. Do your feet fit comfortably inside? Is there room between your toes and the point of the shoes? About 1/3 inch (1 cm) is ideal, and for sandals, your toes and heels should fit on the insole.

• If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes, Clothing or Accessories item purchased from Amazon.co.uk, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
• In such circumstances,  items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags and labels must be intact on Shoes, Clothing and Accessories.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.

• Amazon.co.uk cannot accept returns of Shoes, Clothing or Accessories purchased from third-party sellers on Amazon.co.uk's Marketplace platform. Instead, contact your seller to let them know you would like to return the item to them.
• We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return--this may take up to five business days.
• Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Exchanging Shoes or Clothing

If you would like to exchange an item, simply visit our Online Returns Centre, an exchange option will display if the product eligibility criteria are met.

The exchange item must be:

• A variant of the original item (for example a different size or colour)
• Sold and fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk
• Not marked as a gift

If you are exchanging the original item for a different size, we'll cover any cost increase. If you are exchanging for a different colour, we'll charge you the difference in price. If the new price is lower, for either size or color, we'll refund you the difference.You'll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back to us within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange return option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Sizing Information

As Amazon.co.uk sources many of its goods internationally, it is possible that some fashion items will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive footwear or clothing that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, please be sure to try on the item to confirm the incorrect size before returning the item to us.
