Amazon.co.uk gift certificates and gift cards must be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website or the affiliated website Javari.co.uk, towards the purchase of eligible products listed in our online catalogue and sold by Amazon.co.uk, Amazon’s Preferred Merchant Indigostarfish.com or any other seller selling through the Amazon.co.uk platform. Gift certificates and gift cards cannot be redeemed at Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.cn, Amazon.it or at any of Amazon.co.uk's Trusted Partner sites.
Gift certificates and gift cards cannot be used to pay for gift certificates and gift cards.
Gift certificates and gift cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable. Amazon.co.uk may provide GC purchasers with information about the redemption status of GCs that they purchase.
Any unused balance will be recorded in the recipient's “Your Account” on Amazon.co.uk.
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate or the gift card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
In order to use the 1-Click service, please add your GC to “Your account” before placing your order.
Gift certificates and gift cards and unused portions of gift certificates and gift cards expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
The gift certificate or the gift card can be applied to an open order by visiting the relevant Order Summary page in the "Your Account" section of our website.
