England were indeed dogged and determind, but with our next game being against Sweden I think we need a decent finisher. Personally I'd start with Andy Carroll and see what he can muster. Still baffled as to why Crouch wasn't picked, one of Englands more prolific scorers in recent years.

Any thoughts on the Euros so far? I myself, for all it's worth think that it has been very good, better than expected. The Russians looked invincible, England looked dogged and determined (and that's coming from a Scotsman), Spain looked a bit ragged, but still managed a result against Italy, no mean feat, the Germans looked as efficient as ever and the (female) Swedish fans were a vision of wonder.The next round of matches should be enthralling, got the beers in, the missus has been kicked out for the night, bring them on.....
