Basically, it's a banger racing/demolition derby game that's a lot of fun but has a reputation in the US for being ridiculously easy to max out. I took the plunge and ordered a copy from eBay and all I can say is that the career mode took about 2.5 hours to finish. About 10-15 minutes later, I had all the achievements except for 4 which are restricted to online. It's easy, but I found it to be very enjoyable as well. Annoyingly, there's no one online, but all achievements/trophies can be obtained in private races/events, so one or two people I know have ordered the game. Basically, if you're looking for a fun yet immensely straight forward game, check out Mayhem 3D. The 360 version is region free, but no idea about the PS3 version.

They also have a innate tree that has more to do with who they are rather than their combat.*The game features an autoattack system with skills. If you've ever played Dragon Age: Origins, it's very similar to that. Rather than being able to pause time though, time slows down when you go to pick an ability to use, but it never 'stops'.*The game features a dialogue tree. Not sure how deep that it goes, but you can pick between an answer from Mors and an answer from Alester. Both have drastically different personalities, so they have their own way of responding to conversations.*A major focus of the game is North of the wall. The Wildlings are built as legitimate threats.*The game was originally based on the book, but they have worked with the HBO series since then. Enlisting the voice actors for Varys and Mormont.*George R. R. Martin's likeness is in the game. He also worked as a consultant for a lot of the story. Like console games brought to handheld rather than the type of thing you'd find on the app store for iPhone.From what I can see, the Vita has the best graphics but the DS has a much better catalogue of games (but that may be because the Vita isn't that old in comparison? *shrug*)Any thoughts welcome and appreciated!

I have tested this out on a few games, which I have noted below:Max Payne 3Some chapters seem relatively unaffected, but others (such as when you are travelling through San Paulo whilst it is being attacked by the police) seem really bad with numerous jerky freezes often during busy scenes.Infamous: Festival of Blood / Battlefield 3Did not notice any problems at all.Uncharted 3Notices very slight jerky freezes mainly during one of the initial cutscnes and also when I first started a team deathmatch gameRock Band 3Very bad, the song menu seems to lag really badly making it difficult to select songs and whilst playing a song there are several freezes where the music continues but the song highway freezes. It's so bad that it makes the game pretty much unplayableRock Band: The BeatlesNo problems at all.Blu-ray playback & Video playback from HDDNo problems at all.From looking at the internet, one cause which has come to light may be that I'm having issues with my HDD, but I can't understand why I should have problems with some games but not all! Also, the fact that I have no problems playing video files from the HDD is also puzzling (and I have a fair few video files).Any thoughts / opinions?I am starting to wonder if most of it is in my imagination, an in particular with Max Paye 3, it's just a case that the game does not run that smooth on the PS3 in some sections (I'm thinking of Skyrim type problems), and that I just have a duff copy of Rock Band 3 now!
