You can see everything, how well your food is cooking. I cooked a lamb joint today, the fillet end of the leg, surrounded it with pieces of squash, added an onion and it was a delight to watch it cook. Yesterday I cooked pizzas from the supermarket from frozen and they were perfect. Chicken in breadcrumbs, much better than fried...and so on. An incredible oven...I can't think when I will go back to my old gas oven.
hi I have recently bought a halogen oven but the cook book was awful so i bought sarah flowers book on halogen cooking and tried to make a sandwich cake . the recipe didnt give sizes for cake tins so i put it in a 8 inch tin and cooked for the time it said in the book . The cake was uncooked in the middle and i couldnt use it . I have tried fish today and it was hard in some places and tasted awful, also trying to cook on two levels does not seem to work for me . Anyone got any tips please Thanks
