Hi Mark, first of all fantastic book! I literally can't put it down and am quite sad my kindle is saying i'm nearing the last 10% of it, I hope you have allready begun the next installment? i was reading the sun newspaper when i stumbled across your advert for the book a few weeks ago and downloaded it imediately. I live in surbiton and run a small local magazine and wondered if you would like to have a feature advertising the book? i've reccomended the book to so many people all ready but i think everyone should have the chance to know where words originate from and how they change over time. If you are interested, please contact me at
again, great book, keep up teh good work

Is there the possibility of The Etymologicon being made into a 'talking book' for someone of limited vision ?

As above, all I want to know if there is the possibility of The Etymologicon being made into a 'talking book' ?

Yes. I think it's being recorded now.
