Customers who buy AutoCAD LT between 00:01 on 5 November 2012 and 23:59 on 18 January 2013 (the “Offer Period”) can claim a £250 rebate from Autodesk by visiting: https://www.autodeskrebate.com/autocadlt/Landing.aspx

To claim the rebate of £250 the customer must provide Autodesk with the following information:

1. a unique Part Number code and a unique Serial Number code (which accompanies your qualifying AutoCAD LT software);

2. your bank details and contact details; and

3. a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email from Amazon.co.uk) dated within the Offer Period.

Autodesk will only accept your rebate request if it is submitted within 30 days of the date of your proof of purchase, or by 23:59 on 29 January 2013, whichever is earlier.

2. When you buy a Qualifying Item and receive your proof of purchase between 00:01 on 5 November 2012 and 23:59 on 18 January 2013, you can receive a rebate of £250 from Autodesk (the “Offer”) under this external promotion (limited to 5 Offers per customer).

3. The rebate can only be claimed from Autodesk by completing and submitting the online rebate form at www.autodeskrebate.com/autocadlt, together with a legible copy of your original proof of purchase (your Amazon.co.uk order confirmation email will be accepted), within 30 days of the date of your proof of purchase, or by 23:59 on 29 January 2013, whichever is earlier. Your proof of purchase must be submitted as a digital image. Supported image types include: jpg, gif, pdf, bmp, tif. Maximum File Size: 1.5 MB.

4. If you cancel your order for a Qualifying Item, the Offer ceases to apply. You may not return your Qualifying Item to Amazon.co.uk for a refund once you have submitted a rebate form to Autodesk.
