Using Promotional Codes

1. Write down the promotional code.

2. Add the qualifying product or products to your Shopping Basket. The discounted item will not appear in the Shopping Basket unless you add it.

3. At the "confirm order" stage, enter the promotional code and click the Apply button, as illustrated below. The savings will be deducted from your order total.

Avoid common mistakes:

- make sure you add the item to your Shopping Basket

- make sure you have entered the correct promotional code at the checkout

- remember that each unique promotional code can be redeemed only once

- if you begin an order using your promotional code, but do not complete it, your promotional code will be placed in your account, and you will not need to enter the code the next time you order. The discount will be applied automatically to qualifying orders.
