Paul Hollywood's Signature Bake: Chelsea Buns. I used lemon zest instead of orange, and used lemon juice to make the icing... as I had forgotten to buy an orange at the shop! They taste nice though. However, I later found out that during the Masterclass episode, Paul Hollywood says to add 40g caster sugar to the dough, which is not stated in the printed, or online recipe. I tried them again.... (see other picture)
