Cheap and not so cheerful. It was actually smaller than the stated size and the seller just wanted to argue. My refund was made by Amazon.

1.0 out of 5 stars Rubbish, 3 Dec. 2014
Rather disappointed. I know it is not expensive but is described as precision, tiny scredrivers and one bent the first time I used it. Sorry I don't like this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Deal with pain, 2 Dec. 2014
When a book reaches its 3rd edition and has many good reviews as this one does, you know it is good. First published ten years ago, it has been translated into over 20 languages and is useful to the professional and as a self-help manual. It is an excellent book for therapists as well as people who cannot afford therapy or whose NHS doctor ignores their symptoms. So many in the UK suffer in pain with no or little medical help. It is great for sufferers of fibromyalgia.

This book contains excellent full-colour illustrations to treat chronic pain through trigger points. The first six chapters look at the physiology of trigger points and methods of treatment, the remaining chapters look at muscle groups. You'll find detailed anatomical information, pain patterns and key trigger points, self-help and more.

For example if you are having problems with calf muscles or cramps, you can see the indications, causes, differential diagnosis, connections and techniques as well as a self-help programme. All muscle groups in the body are dealt with in the same way. Highly recommended.

Indigo: Dye It, Make It

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners, 2 Dec. 2014
For any dyer, indigo holds an attraction like no other colour. It is used in many parts of the world. It is my favourite dye and I have made a dye vat before. This book explores seven different dyeing techniques and thirty projects to use the dyed fabric. The techniques include dip-dyeing, batik and tie-dye. There are step-by-step instructions for the projects such as a t-shirt, window blind or needlecase. Templates are given at the back of the book. I love the dip-dyed pillow with a touch of embroidery, the heart garland is sweet, the batik Roman blind and stencil ideas. The techniques explored are simple and I would have liked to have seen them taken further but I would say this book is suitable for beginner indigo dyers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Bags, 1 Dec. 2014
This review is from: Totes Amaze (Paperback)
On your marks - 25 bags to satisfy every girl's bag lust. Get Ready - all you need to know to make the bags. Go - 25 projects from library tote to origami tote. All the bags are photographed inside the front cover. Different shapes, sizes and purposes including a wine-bottle tote. Dress them up in different fabrics, add an outside pocket, different straps and you've got dozens more bags. Nice layout, easy to follow instructions and a pattern sheet for some of the designs. The six-in-one tote wins my prize. Great ideas in this book.
