A Day At The Office

4.0 out of 5 stars Must read, 29 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Found this book following a re-tweet that I spotted from Chrissie Manby and for 99p I thought would give I a go......?

Well all I can say is for 99p it is an absolute bargain and a must read! based around 5/6 main characters that are easy to get along with; you will either be one of them or know one of them.

All set on the one day of there year that people either love or hate ... ... Valentines Day.

I won't spoil it as it kept me gripped all the way thought and I was willing it to go the way you expect! But no there is a twist......! But I won't say anymore you will just have to buy and for 99p you cannot go wrong.

Keep up the good work Matt can't wait for more.

4.0 out of 5 stars If you like Jill Mansell ...., 24 Feb 2013
... You will enjoy this.

This was the first Katie Fforde book I have read and now very much looking forward to working my way through her back catalogue!

I was actually recommended to read Katie's book by Jill, as I have already read all of hers.

Very similar style, easy to read and great to escape into!!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth commenting on....., 23 Nov 2012
It was the most disappointing book i have read in a long time, was a recommendation of 'if you liked 50 shades you will like this' - now 50 shades wasn't the best written book in the world but at least is was readable I would not recommend this to anyone!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic...., 13 Jan 2007
Was bought this book as a christmas present, having never heard of it before was a little dubious as to what it would be like.

Being a cricket fan helps, if only to understand some of the terminology used and players names mentioned!!

Really is a laugh out loud at times. Loved it and would highly recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent read, 31 July 2005
This review is from: Weekend in Paris (Paperback)
I was given this book by someone who had it repeated for a present, never read any of Robyn Sisman's books before but would certainly consider reading the other titles. Really enjoyable read and very easy going (would be a great holiday read).

5.0 out of 5 stars Evanescence ROCK, 11 Jan 2005
Having seen the band live in Birmingham, I wasn't disappointed with this excellent DVD/CD. (what a brilliant idea to put the concert on CD, because how many time do you want to listen to a live CD but only have it on DVD/video?)
with the added benefit of videos of their previously released tracks and 'Behind the scenes' to see them in their own light was excellent.
Amy Lee has a fantastic voice and this DVD/CD is an absolute must for any Evanescence fan.
