Not working out of the box? Send it for repair!, 12 Sept. 2013
Received the home theater system unpacked it and then found out that the system had to be calibrated. I followed the instructions plugged in the microphone into the only receptacle possible to be informed by the on-screen display that it was not connected. Several tries later phoned up Samsung support who took me through the same steps that I had already tries several times to be informed by the support team it would have to be sent to a repair shop for checking or fixing [10-14 days turnaround time] or box it all up and get a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund ! Samsung customer service is rubbish, don't bother !!!!
